TC Capital Advisors is a Miami-based M&A, business brokerage, and capital advisory firm, part of the US Capital Global platform. We advise business owners and investors on transactions from $1M to $300M across construction, healthcare, hospitality, financial institutions, and renewable energy, with a client base spanning North and South America, the Caribbean, and international markets including Canada, Europe, and the GCC.

The Role

As a Business Advisor, you will originate and manage relationships with business owners and investors, guiding financing, valuation, and M&A engagements from first introduction through close.

What You'll Do

• Identify and structure funding, valuation, and M&A opportunities for business owners and investors

• Manage the advisory process end-to-end, working alongside TCCA's deal team

• Build a network of referral sources, lenders, and institutional partners across the firm's markets

 

What We Look For

• Experience in business brokerage, commercial lending, M&A, or a related advisory discipline

• Comfort with a relationship-driven, performance-based compensation structure

• Based in or able to work from Miami, FL (hybrid arrangements considered)

 

Compensation

Performance-based and commensurate with experience and production. Structure and details are discussed directly with candidates during the interview process.
